Terms of Service

1. Overview

CookiePrint ("we", "us", "the Service") provides an online platform that allows bakeries and their customers to design, order, and pay for custom edible-image photo cookies. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your notification email up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices, minimums, and fulfillment options are set by each store on the platform. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details. All orders are subject to the ordering store's confirmation and production capacity. Placing an order is not a guarantee it will be accepted.

4. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any images or artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant the ordering store and CookiePrint a limited license to reproduce that content solely to produce and deliver your order. You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Fulfillment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Because photo cookies are custom-made perishable goods, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the individual ordering store; contact the store directly for order-specific requests.

6. Acceptable Use

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the Service.
• No attempts to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or payment.
• No use of the Service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact color reproduction on edible images, or specific delivery times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CookiePrint's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
