How does the service fee work?: CookiePrint adds a small platform fee to each paid order: 2% on Free, 1% on Starter and 0% on Pro. It's collected automatically through Stripe at checkout — the rest goes straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe's normal processing fees still apply.
Which plan is cheapest for me?: If you sell under about $900/month, Free usually costs least. Between roughly $900 and $1,900/month, Starter wins. Above about $1,900/month, Pro at 0% is the cheapest — and it includes shipping tools.
Can I cancel or switch anytime?: Yes. Manage, switch or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep your plan's features until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my store if I downgrade?: Your storefront, designer and orders all stay live. Your service fee returns to the lower tier's rate, and shipping rates and label printing turn off unless you're on Pro.
Is there a limit on orders or uploads?: No order limits on any plan. Customer image uploads are capped at 25 MB per file so print files stay manageable.
